Ripe fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of apple, pear and citrus. Also hints of ripe exotic fruit and a subtle herbal spiciness as well as smoky nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate, with ripe acidity, notes of local pome fruit and citrus. Long, fresh and slightly tart finish.
