Pale yellow; medium intensity bouquet, notes of acacia blossom, yellow apple and lemon peel, spicy component, white pepper, hazelnuts; soft attack on the palate, subtle acidity, creamy, a hint of residual sweetness, salty tartness, noticeable alcohol, aromatically accompanied by apple and mirabelle plum jelly; long finish. Expansive, complex wine with rather low acidity.
