The white wine Saint-Chinian AOC Le Moineau des Glycines, vintage 2017 from the winery Domaine des Pradels Quartironi has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Garnacha Blanca, Roussanne from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Grenache blanc and Roussanne. Citrusy fragrance, underlaid with notes of damp stone. On the palate mild and soft, restrained acidity, supple body, has a good length at the same time, and then plays out very savoury on the finish, notes of garrigue and cumin. Good food wine.
