Tasting from 28.08.2014

Deep ruby colour, purple reflections, discreetly sooty, delicate watery rim. Somewhat restrained, a hint of coconut, fine dried plum, dried orange zest, fine nougat and some herbal savouriness. Very powerful and juicy, preserved cherry fruit, vivid tannins, which give the wine support and length, elegant sweetness on the finish, remains very persistent, rich in extract on the finish, good further ageing potential.
