Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Medium ruby red in colour, with purple reflections. A spicy, dark fruited bouquet shows a harmonious mix of plum, black cherry and winter spices such as cloves and cardamom. It's similarly densely woven on the palate with a medium body backed by quite vivid tannins and a certain sweetness. Finishes medium-long and darkly fruited, with some caramel nuances.
