Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Dark ruby red with a touch of rim brightening and purple reflections. Ripe on the nose with pronounced notes of sloe, black cherry and spices such as pepper. It's similarly expansive and dense on the palate with a certain sweetness matched by a vivid, balancing acidity and noticeable, somewhat brittle tannins. Good length, with dark fruity and spice notes again on the finish.
