Sour cherry and wild raspberry, some leather, dark chocolate and tree resin on the nose. Undertones of grainy clay, sweet cake spices, and a slightly viscous primary palate. Dense but not over-concentrated tannin and ethereal-spicy finish, ça pinote. A compact, very well vinified Bourgogne Tout-Court, where fruit and savouriness are in the center.
