Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Fresh herbal savouriness, smoky minerality, a touch of roasted hazelnut, delicate yellow peach, candied grapefruit zest, an individual bouquet. Juicy, fine white apple fruit, fresh acid structure, a salty touch, discreet lime, lively and vivacious. It is youthful and stimulating to drink and is very light on its feet.
