Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate pineapple, hints of quince jelly, candied orange zest, fine, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant and balanced, well-integrated sweetness, fine acidity, yellow peach on the finish, subtle minerality in the background, hints of ripe orange, lingers, a versatile food wine with certain ageing potential.
