Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine nougat, herbal-spicy nuances, candied orange zest, nutty touch, yellow tropical fruit with air. Juicy, yellow apple fruit, fresh acidity, mineral and lively, delicate cookie on the finish, lingers, delicate mushroom aftertaste, must be decanted, appears somewhat antiquated.

More about the tasting

Extremely closed on the nose, with almond aromas. Soft yet compact on the palate, subtle acidity, wide-meshed extract, yet structure, juice in the meshes, reductive tones, but also relaxed in style - with a mineral background that promises silky fullness paired with firmness for bottle maturity. Excellent length with tactile-mineral perceptions.
