Unsere Spätlese, am Rebstock verwelkt, wurde aus der typischen Rebsorte von Vétroz gewonnen, der Amigne. In diesem Spitzenjahrgang konnte ein Wein mit aussergewöhnlicher Konzentration geschaffen werden, reich an Aromen und mit einer köstlichen Süsse. Er ist perfekt zu Schokoladendesserts, Blauschimmelkäse sowie Vorspeisen mit Foie gras.

A rather subtle nose shows notes of candied citrus fruits, dried apricot and pear. It's very sweet on the palate with a restrained acidity, apple-like notes and medium length.
