Unser Cornalin stammt aus einer Parzelle des beschaulichen Rebbergs in Vétroz, genannt «Champmarais». Er wurde ein Jahr in Eichenfässern aus Schweizer Holz gelagert. Es ist ein Wein von grosser Eleganz, fruchtig, lang am Gaumen und mit seidenen Tanninen. Er schmeckt vorzüglich zu rotem Fleisch und Wild.

Intense fruity aromas on the nose with notes of blackberry confit, dried blueberry and plum. There are also subtle savoury hints as well as some liquorice and ethereal notes. Full-bodied and soft on the palate, with ripe acidity and aromas of dark wild berries. Slightly creamy touch, fine tannins, long finish.
