Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Dark ruby red with a hint of rim brightening. A fruity, fragrant bouquet with notes of ripe plum, strawberry and dark wild berries. This is accompanied by floral notes and a fine spiciness. Full-bodied and soft on the palate with a ripe acidity and finely polished tannins supporting a fruity core of dark berries and plums, as well as some spiced notes. The medium-length finish is characterised by freshness.
