Tasting from 27.08.2020: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fresh white pear fruit, a breath of mango, nuances of vanilla and fresh herbs, light baby banana. Medium complexity, fine apple fruit, mineral, seems almost Burgundian, good mineral freshness, delicate sweetness on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
