Tasting from 01.01.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Subtly citrusy nose, some green apple, plus the unfruity minerality typical of the Jura. Very delicate nose and a perfectly matching, slender impression on the palate. Intense acidity, no fat, again intensely mineral and long.
