Tasting from 12.11.2021: Anne Krebiehl MW

A toasty hint of mocha speaks of oak on the cherry nose. This is followed by notions of undergrowth and pepper and the savouriness of evolution. The palate is pristinely fresh with red, peppery, herb-tinged berry fruit. The palate comes with pervasive freshness, exquisite balance and beautiful depth that seems to speak of deep, coniferous forests.
