Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong ruby, purple reflections, broader ochre rim. Fine herbal notes, black berry fruit, a hint of nougat, somewhat restrained. Juicy, taut texture, red berry nuances, fine fruit, ripe, supporting tannins, elegant and last, mineral finish, good length, should be allowed to mature in the bottle for a few more years.
