Savoury aromas of yeast, notes of red currant and chilli. Supple and slightly viscous on the palate, then a comparatively mild core of crumbly-grainy tannin, ripe acidity, savoury plants on the finish, juicy focus but less on the fruit giving the tannin and texture centre stage.
