Tasting Notes

95 - 97
Tasting from 27.03.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Elegant, multi-layered bouquet with notes of dried plum, stewed wild berry fruit, some cassis and black cherry. Also leather, dried rosemary and a hint of chilli pepper. Concentrated but fresh fruit and spice on the palate, beautiful acidity, noticeable noble tannin. Never intrusive, but extremely discreet. A long-distance runner.
