Tasting from 01.01.2017: Martin Kilchmann

Strong, deep red with a mature rim; mature, no longer very intense bouquet, black fruit, malty, dried pears; relatively short, soft attack on the palate, compact, present acidity, greenish tannins, black fruit aromas, ripe chili peppers, black pepper, sweetness of age. Still in a respectable condition, but quickly loses its character with air contact in the glass.
