Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Strong crimson garnet, DELICATE ochre highlights, brightening to the rim. Nuances of coconut and bourbon vanilla under red forest berry confit, fine balsamic note, SAVOURY touch, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, pleasant extracted sweetness, vivid tannins that still need some time, good freshness, red fruit on the finish, mineral and precise, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
