Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Nuances of acacia flowers, mace, fine yellow tropical fruit, hints of orange and peach, smoky savouriness in the background. Juicy, taut and elegant, fine white apple, lively acidity, discreet extra sweetness, accompanied by salty-lemon accents on the finish, a finesse-rich food companion.
