The orange wine Omnis, vintage 2023 from the winery Domaine Henri Cruchon has been rated in 2026 by Romana Echensperger, Valentine Mühlberger with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gewürztraminer from the region La Cote in Switzerland.
Amber-colored, cloudy. Intense aroma of orange marmalade, rose scent, cinnamon stick, plus potpourri, candied violets and roasted macadamia nuts. With air come hints of crêpe suzette and beeswax. Dry, with an oily, plump texture and grippy tannins. Long finish with sweet and spicy bell pepper notes. Multi-layered, lively and extremely full of character.
