This has a a pale golden yellow colour. There are intense ripe fruity aromas on the nose, with notes of yellow stone fruit, freshly roasted hazelnut, and candied lemon peel. It has a beautiful breadth on the palate, with a fine well-integrated and slightly persistent mousse, honey, and notes of smoky minerality. It has good length, and finishes with a salty aftertaste.
