The red wine CORNALIN "L'ENFER DU CALCAIRE", vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Histoire d’Enfer SA has been rated in 2025 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cornalin from the region Sierre in Switzerland.
On the nose, a fleshy, fruity bouquet with notes of ripe blackberry, dried sour cherry and redcurrant. There are also subtle smoky, spicy notes and a hint of olive. The palate is full-bodied and powerful, with fine acidity and intense aromas of dark and red berries as well as dark herbal spices with fine tannins, and a long finish.
