Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Cherry red with a transparent rim. Raspberry and truffle-ripe aromas emerge on the nose. The wine shows good density and a markedly elegant balance on the palate, beginning with mellow tannin grip meeting fruit juiciness and a lively acid nerve. The clearly mineral notes suggest the proximity of the vineyard to a Village AOC. This is a very complete and high-quality Bourgogne.
