It has a medium yellow green colour, with silver reflections. There are delicate aromas of ripe quince, some vanilla and coconut, a hint of mango, and pear, it is a multi-faceted bouquet. It is elegant, tightly woven, with lovely sweet fruit, a lively structure, good length, and it is salty and balanced on the finish. It is a refined food wine.
