Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Sour cherry fruit with mineral and balsamic undertones flows from the glass. Smoky oak, dried meat. On the palate, an incredibly elegant structure emerges: interwoven with minerality, carried by juicy fruit, with a grippy, ripe tannin grain and fine acidity. A Côte Rôtie of the Pinot-related style, still very young, compact, but with good length and depth. Also a little woody.
