Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.07.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A white wine colour with light, not yet mature, golden tones. A very exciting nose, with complex aromas of mandarin orange, bitter orange peel, salty liquorice, iodine, menthol, and saffron. The palate is powerful and assertive, a distinctly viscous wine unfolds, balanced by fresh acidity and noticeable tactile minerality, with a dry, easy, herbal finish. For the culinary Champions League!
