Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Vin Jaune from what is probably the most legendary vineyard in the Jura, from a legendary estate and from a top year. An extremely complex wine that is still developing strongly. Nuts on the nose, mushrooms, smoke, spices such as curry, herbal nuances. Also complex and demanding on the palate with intense acidity and a gripping structure. Finishes very long. A wine that should be forgotten for a few more years.
