The white wine Chablis AOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region chablis in France.
Still somewhat closed on the nose, with citrusy and slightly smoky aromas. Crisp acidity on the palate, almost astringent, with good intensity, a background silky texture and amazing bite considering the vintage. Ideal with oysters.
