Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Light yellow-green, silver reflexes. Delicately nutty-reductive underlaid with flint nuances, fine stone fruit, grapefruit, notes of vanilla and a smoky bouquet on the end. Tight, closely meshed, fine yellow fruit on the palate, mineral, good acid structure, honey blossom honey on the finish, juicy ripe pineapple on the aftertaste, salty finish and a very good length. A wine with a lot a ageing potential.
