Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Yellow tropical fruit notes in the background with fine herbal savouriness, some blossom honey, candied orange zest, a hint of caramel. Juicy, elegant texture, fine fruit sweetness, pleasant extracted sweetness, well-integrated acid structure, white peach on the finish, discreet honey touch, already developed, mineral, a multi-faceted food companion.
