Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Subtle smoky nuances of ripe pineapple, fresh quince, fine floral notes, multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, delicate caramel notes, ripe yellow peach fruit, subtle sweetness at the core, a hint of nougat on the finish, persistent, mineral, a sturdy food companion with great future ageing potential.
