Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Strong salmon pink with copper reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Fresh white apple fruit, smoky, some kohlrabi, subtle vegetable nuances, a hint of red berries. Mineral, taut, fine fruit sweetness, delicate wild berry confit, good complexity on the palate, delicate nutty touch on the finish, individualistic style, has bite and length.
