Pale cream-coloured, almost a blanc de noir colour. Herbaceous and berry, pepper, lilac, mint, juicy on the palate with fine acidity, a touch of tannin gives structure, tactile mineral undertones and some carbonic acid increase the tension, the wine finishes savoury and fresh, with very good length.
