Tasting from 09.07.2021: Benjamin Herzog

Very aromatic, typical Savagnin aromas with notes of citrus fruit, white flowers and ripe fruit, subtly nutty and spicy. On the palate, it has a beautiful fullness, but at the same time enormous freshness and liveliness. Always reveals new facets with air and a slightly higher temperature. Can continue to mature for many years.
