Tasting Notes
Already very mature on the nose, a honey note behind a noticeable but not over-accentuated use of wood. Also citrus notes. Lean to medium-bodied on the palate, ripe, well-integrated acidity (which remains rather discreet for Chablis and the year), good substance in the middle of the palate, but again somewhat developed on the finish. Difficult to judge, the aromatic maturity precedes the maturity of the palate structure - therefore the prognosis remains questionable.
