Delicately cloudy medium orange yellow. Delicately volatile nuances that can be contained to a reasonable extent by decanting, hints of fresh apricots, tangerine, a touch of slate Juicy, tight and tight-knit, racy acidity at the core, white apple on the finish, salty lemon, blood oranges on the finish, shows good length. From the varieties Terret and Terret Gris, three days maceration in the old wooden press.
