Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicate vegetal undertones on the nose, nuances of licorice, black berry confit, delicate peppery note, still somewhat restrained. Juicy cherry fruit, balanced, lively acid structure, medium length, a pleasant food companion, red berry finish, mineral aftertaste.
