The white wine Mercurey Premier Cru Champs Martin AOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Domaine Bruno Lorenzon has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
Some roasted hazelnut on the nose, citric and slightly floral notes. Linear on the palate, softly grounded, firm but integrated acidity, and a quite pointedly mineral, compact finish. Needs another two or three years of bottle ageing (preferably more). And will blossom into gastronomic versatility.
