The red wine Minervois AOC Estibals, vintage 2014 from the winery Domaine L'Ostal Cazes has been rated in 2017 by Axel Biesler & Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah from the region Minervois-la-Livinière in France.
Don't be confused by its initially reductive aroma, but get yourself a sufficiently large glass. A little patience will suffice and you will be rewarded with a wonderfully ripe and juicy red wine that will be hard to put down.
