Pink grapefruit, blood orange, peppery and spicy undertones, and finally an aroma of apricot confit. Smooth on the palate, round and almost creamy in its fullness, with a good, cultivated acidity and a very natural balance. Good length, homogeneous and fine for all its richness, disciplined in alcohol. Floral and spicy finish.
