Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow; initially closed on the nose, with air fanning out, honey, hazelnuts, slate note, deep; on the palate a lot of texture, but also freshness, full-bodied; finishes long and gripping. Beautifully matured Dézaley, approaching the peak.
More about the tastingMedium yellow. Expressive bouquet typical of the terroir, flint, sulphur wood, undergrowth, dominant minerality. Soft, full attack, good structure, present acidity, again mineral notes, but also honey and yellow fruit. Distinctive, long finish. A wine full of character, beginning to open up.
