The white wine Bourgogne Blanc AOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Louis Carillon et Fils has been rated in 2018 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Cote de Beaune in France.
Initially somewhat reductive notes on the nose, then lots of roasted nuts, tar, lemon jam, honey, caramel and vanilla. Soft, aromatic on the palate, with fine acidity and a buttery, ethereal finish.
