Openly floral with notes of lavender, but also nashi pear, hazelnut and dried mushrooms. Soft, silky palate, then more and more dynamic with building acidity, mineral touch, salty and slightly astringent transition to the finish. First stage of ripe spice on the finish, just starting to open up, but still has substance to keep adding for years. Coherently finished, with fullness but also with vibrant liveliness.
