Light greenish yellow. Delicate touch of quince and apple on the nose, nutty, chocolate nougat, mint, hibiscus. Fresh on the palate, lively structure, crisp, yet fine and already easy to drink, full of mineral firmness, delicate caramel in the background, fine citrus finish, good ageing potential for another five years.
