Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Dark berry fruit with a hint of game and saddle leather, ripe cherries, a hint of cassis and liquorice, fresh herbs, multi-faceted bouquet characterised by slate. Full-bodied, good complexity and freshness, dark, salty minerality, still somewhat underdeveloped, shows fine extract sweetness on the finish, has good development certain ageing potential.
