Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Delicately reductive herbal savoury underlay, a hint of nettle, black berry confit background, and a fine chalky note. Juicy, elegant and freshly structured, black cherry fruit, integrated tannins, persistent, taut and still very youthful, with a lemony touch. It will benefit from a few years of bottle ageing, and is a racy food wine.
