The rosé wine Etoile Côtes de Provence, vintage 2020 from the winery Domaine Mirabeau has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah from the region Provence in France.
Cream-coloured. Closed on the nose, grapey, balsamic and berry on contact with the air, with a clear mineral-spicy background. Good density on the palate, full-bodied, nervy, very tense, but also with maturity in acidity and phenolics, not a palatable terrace rosé, needs food to accompany it.
